Sarah B. Silver is an attorney in the Environmental Practice Group of Langsam Stevens Silver & Hollaender LLP. Ms. Silver advises a wide range of clients in environmental litigation and transactional matters involving issues of regulatory compliance, insurance coverage, and legacy pollution.
Prior to joining Langsam Stevens Silver & Hollaender LLP, Ms. Silver served as a law clerk for the Honorable Holly J. Ford, Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia, and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Charles B. Smith, United States Magistrate, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Silver is Co-Chair of the Environmental and Energy Law Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Additionally, Ms. Silver is a Director of the Society of Women Environmental Professionals. Ms. Silver is an active member of The Delaware Valley Environmental American Inn of Court and has served on the Executive Board. The Philadelphia Bar Foundation selected Ms. Silver to participate in its highly regarded Board Observer Program.
Ms. Silver is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the District of Columbia, and before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Ms. Silver earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law. She is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where she achieved Dean’s List Honors in Science and Business Administration. Ms. Silver studied International Law and International Finance at Oxford University in Oxford, England.
