Wade M. Stephens Elevated To Partner in Environmental Law Practice Group at Langsam Stevens Silver & Hollaender LLP

Langsam Stevens Silver & Hollaender LLP is pleased to announce that Wade M. Stephens, an attorney in the firm’s Environmental Law practice group, has been elevated to partner. Mr. Stephens has been an associate at the firm for six years and focuses his practice on complex environmental litigation matters, regulatory enforcement actions, and regulatory compliance. He regularly counsels on matters related to The Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Clean Waters Act (CWA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
