Matthew H. Zaiter is an Associate in the Environmental Insurance Coverage Practice Group. Matt advises a wide range of clients in environmental coverage and liability-related matters related to insurance coverage and legacy pollution.

Matt comes to the firm with a diverse array of experience in both criminal and civil litigation matters. He has worked as a trial attorney in the Lehigh County Public Defender’s Office where he represented clients in their criminal matters ranging from drug offenses to homicide. Thereafter, he worked as a civil defense attorney in Philadelphia, representing clients in auto and premises liability matters.

Matt is a graduate of Widener University Delaware Law School and holds a B.A. in English from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. In law school, he was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society and Widener Law Review.
