Mark A. Stevens has extensive experience in all aspects of environmental law.  Mr. Stevens has served as counsel in numerous hazardous waste site matters and underground storage tank cases, and he has extensive experience as Liaison Counsel for defense groups that have taken on site remediation and contribution litigation.  He has successfully defended many environmental professionals including consultants, contractors and excavators in connection with remediation projects. Mr. Steven’s corporate representations range from small family businesses to large corporations.

Mr. Stevens received his Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University in 1971 as well as a Master of Science in Engineering from Washington State University in 1976.  He obtained a law degree, cum laude, from the Temple University School of Law in 1987.
