Anthony L. Provost is a Partner with the Environmental Insurance Coverage Practice Group and specializes in complex environmental litigation and insurance coverage. Mr. Provost concentrates his practice on coverage matters related to long-tail claims arising from legacy pollution.

Mr. Provost represents clients in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts. He assists and advises clients on potential exposure and litigates claims involving Comprehensive Environmental Resource Recovery and Liability Act (CERCLA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), emerging contaminants of concern such as per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), and other federal, state and local environmental matters.
