Sasha Burton is a paralegal in the firm’s Environmental Litigation practice. She regularly assists attorneys in drafting and revising motions in environmental matters, prepares for and attends depositions in CERCLA actions, and works with attorneys on trial preparation and practice. Sasha also assists in updating the firm’s environmental law publication, the Toxic Substances Control Act Compliance Guide and supports attorneys with research and drafts for the firm’s blog, the Environmental Law Blog: On the Horizon. Her work has been published by Law360.
Prior to joining Langsam Stevens Silver & Hollaender, LLP, Sasha was an Occupancy Specialist at Chester Housing Authority, where she worked with Section 8 tenants in Chester County. In this role, she audited tenant data for HUD and Section 8 compliance, managed tenant communications, and developed new programs for Spanish speaking clients.
Sasha also served as an Education Development Intern at the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, where she led their environmental education development program. While interning, Sasha led field trips in Pittsburgh’s parks for children and teens, offering them outdoor educational programs and interactive experiences with nature. She volunteered at trail restoration projects and organized family-friendly events in Pittsburgh parks.
Sasha received her B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2023. In college, Sasha was a member of the Sustainability Club. She is an active runner and regularly competes in marathons and triathlons.
