Kyle Mackey is an Associate in the Environmental Insurance Coverage Practice Group. Since joining the firm, Mr. Mackey has advised clients regarding environmental insurance coverage issues and litigation, including changes in Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act case law, compliance with the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan, and long-tail claims arising from legacy pollution.

Prior to joining Langsam Stevens Silver & Hollaender LLP as an associate, Mr. Mackey served various roles across the public interest, environmental, and civil litigation sectors. While in law school, he served as a certified legal intern at Temple University’s Sheller Center for Social Justice, defending clients with consumer law matters before the Philadelphia Municipal Court. Mr. Mackey interned at several plaintiff’s firms, tracking issues across split United States Court of Appeals Circuits concerning internet regulatory issues, drafting personal injury motions and pleadings, and managing estate matters. Notably, Mr. Mackey served at Fair Shake Environmental Legal Services and gained experience with a wide range of environmental law matters.
