Frances is the Operations Director of LSSH, where she oversees day-to-day administration and long-term strategic initiatives in support of the firm’s practice groups. She works closely with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management, financial operations, and client service, helping the firm deliver responsive, high-quality representation in complex matters.

Frances brings a strong background in finance and institutional operations to her role. Before joining the firm, she worked in Executive Administrator roles in small companies and in higher education finance, where she managed budgeting, reporting, and compliance functions within large academic environments. Her experience navigating regulatory frameworks and stewarding institutional resources translates seamlessly to the operational demands of a boutique law practice.

She graduated cum laude from North Carolina State University with a B.S. In Business Administration and Accounting. Known for her collaborative leadership style and practical problem-solving approach, Frances is committed to fostering a professional, efficient environment that allows the firm’s attorneys to focus on delivering exceptional results for their clients.

Outside of the office Frances enjoys traveling and staying active with her husband and twin daughters and enjoying the vibrant Philly sports and food scenes.
