Carissa Johnson is the firm’s Operation Manager, overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational functions that support the attorneys and staff. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Italian at the University of Delaware in 2023.

Carissa joined the firm in 2023 as a Legal Assistant for the Environmental Insurance practice group. This role consisted of supporting attorneys with research related to contaminated sites and long-tail insurance claims arising from legacy pollution and performing administrative functions to ensure organization and scheduling needs were met. Throughout her work in this role, she developed a strong understanding of the firm’s practice areas and operational needs.

In 2025 Carissa took on her current role as Operations Manager. She oversees billing operations, IT and legal technology systems, banking and financial administration, and human resource needs. Carissa focuses on improving internal processes, supporting staff and attorneys, and ensuring the firm’s operational infrastructure runs efficiently.
