Wade M. Stephens is an Associate in the Environmental Group. He works with clients on environmental litigation, including CERCLA contribution actions and regulatory enforcement actions. Mr. Stephens joined the firm as an Associate in the fall of 2019.
Mr. Stephens is a 2019 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law with a Concentration in Environmental & Energy Law and a Certificate in International & Comparative Law. While in law school, Mr. Stephens was an Associate Editor on the Journal of Law and Commerce, Co-President of the International Law Society, a member of the Environmental Law Clinic, and represented Pitt in the 2019 National Energy & Sustainability Moot Court Competition. Mr. Stephens spent a portion of his first law school summer studying European economic and commercial law at the University of Augsburg in Augsburg, Germany, and holds a B.A. in History from the University of Delaware with a minor concentration in Philosophy.
Mr. Stephens is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
