Sean G. Hoffmann is an Associate in the Environmental Practice Group who joined the firm in October 2018. Mr. Hoffmann’s work with the firm focuses primarily on advising a wide variety of clients on environmental litigation and liability related to insurance coverage and legacy pollution. Before joining Langsam Stevens Silver & Hollaender, Mr. Hoffmann served as the law clerk to the Honorable Judge Mark Cimino, J.T.C. in Cumberland County, New Jersey where he assisted Judge Cimino on a diverse range of matters involving tax, general civil, and probate law.
Mr. Hoffmann is a 2017 graduate of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During his time at Villanova, Mr. Hoffmann was an active member of the Student Bar Association, the Environment and Energy Law Society, and the Farmworkers Legal Aid Clinic. As an undergraduate student, Mr. Hoffmann attended Temple University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies.
Mr. Hoffmann is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar. He is also an active member of the Delaware Valley Environmental American Inn of Court where he currently serves on the Executive Committee as the Associate Representative.
