Benjamin C. Frommer is an associate in the Insurance Defense Practice Group and has been with the firm since March 2017. Mr. Frommer specializes in casualty litigation, and concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of premises and general liability, products liability, automobile and transportation liability, liquor liability and construction defect. He has been engaged as coverage counsel evaluating both first and third-party coverage claims, and is well-versed in the areas of contractual indemnification and additional insured risk transfer. Mr. Frommer received his Certificate in Business Management, Economics and Public Policy from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and also specializes in evaluating and defending clients with complex corporate structures.
Mr. Frommer is a proud graduate the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as Associate Editor of the prestigious Journal of Constitutional Law and was member of both the Civil Practice Legal Clinic and Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic. Mr. Frommer graduated cum laude from Temple University, where he studied Journalism and Political Science.
